Robert Half is partnering exclusively with a globally recognised commodities trading organisation to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join their London office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative business supporting employees across global offices. The role will suit someone who enjoys operating in a dynamic environment and is looking to broaden their HR experience within an international corporate setting.

The Role: Reporting into the Group Head of HR, the HR Officer will support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes across global offices but mainly UK.
  • Managing HR administration including contracts, offer letters, and employee records.
  • Coordinating recruitment processes and liaising with agencies and hiring managers.
  • Assisting with employee relations matters, policies, and HR procedures.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration.
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems and employee data.
  • Coordinating learning.
