***PART TIME OPPORTUNITY (3 DAYS A WEEK)
Job Purpose:
We\βre looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the smooth running of the HR function by providing high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle. You\βll play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and confidentially β all while contributing to a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate HR administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and induction sessions
- Prepare and distribute HR correspondence, such as contracts, letters, and policy updates via internal platforms
- Manage reference requests professionally and promptly
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of HR processes and systems
- Handle day-to-day HR queries, escalating complex issues when needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Able to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to learn
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
