***PART TIME OPPORTUNITY (3 DAYS A WEEK)

Job Purpose:

We\’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the smooth running of the HR function by providing high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle. You\’ll play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and confidentially – all while contributing to a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate HR administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and induction sessions
  • Prepare and distribute HR correspondence, such as contracts, letters, and policy updates via internal platforms
  • Manage reference requests professionally and promptly
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries, escalating complex issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Able to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous but not essential
