Contract 1st Line Support Technician

Location: Huddersfield

Rate: Competitive

Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week (9:00am - 5:00pm)

We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line Support Technician to join a dynamic IT team based in Huddersfield. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, supporting users, and working within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Provide first-line technical support across hardware, software, and user issues
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents relating to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Support users with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
  • Log, manage, and resolve tickets within agreed timescales
  • Assist with user onboarding, account management, and general IT requests
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider IT team
