This is a key leadership opportunity within a business undergoing significant transformation, offering the chance to make a genuine impact across people, processes and operational performance. You will take ownership of a large and established credit function, leading a team through a period of change and preparing the department for a major ERP implementation. This role requires an experienced credit leader who can combine strong operational expertise with exceptional people leadership. You will be responsible for creating stability, improving processes, developing the team and driving a more effective Order-to-Cash environment. This is not a traditional Credit Control role. The successful candidate will be a visible and influential leader who can balance strategic improvement with operational delivery, whilst building strong relationships across Finance, Operations and the wider business.
