We're looking for a Head of Creative to lead our creative output across brand, print, digital, social, content, presentations, email and campaigns. You'll be the person who turns client briefs into strong creative ideas, hands-on enough to shape the work directly, and confident enough to sell it in the room. This is a player-coach role: you'll lead a team of three senior designers while still getting stuck into the work yourself.
Experience in commercial property is highly desirable - you'll understand the sector's delivery realities, timelines and stakeholders, and be able to bring that judgement to bear on the work. This is a permanent role based in London.
Head of Creative Responsibilities:- Lead creative development across the full channel mix: brand, print, digital, social, content, presentations, email and campaigns
- Translate client briefs into clear, compelling creative concepts
- Stay hands-on with the tools - shaping and refining work directly, not just directing from a distance
- Present and defend creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a team of three senior designers, giving clear direction and feedback
- Incorporate AI tools into the creative process where they genuinely improve the work or the workflow
- Keep quality high and timelines realistic under agency pace and pressure
- Jump in on the details when the team needs an extra pair of hands
- Bring an understanding of commercial property - its audiences, conventions and delivery constraints - to the work
- Agency background, or a clear understanding of how agencies operate and move
- A strong conceptual thinker with a track record of turning briefs into ideas
- A strong portfolio spanning multiple channels, ideally including property-sector work
- Hands-on fluency with relevant creative tools
- Comfort with modern digital workflows and productivity tools
- AI-aware, with genuine willingness to use AI tools as part of the creative process
- Confident, articulate presenter who can explain and defend creative decisions
- Collaborative, low-ego approach to leading a team and working with other departments
