The company is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who can play a key role in supporting financial reporting, improving processes, and providing valuable insight to aid decision-making across the business.The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with strong management accounting experience and the confidence to work closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accountsLeading the month-end close processPosting and reviewing journals, accruals and prepaymentsCompleting balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controlsProducing detailed variance analysis with meaningful commentarySupporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planningPreparing and analysing KPI reports to support business performanceBusiness partnering with budget holders and operational stakeholdersAssisting with year-end accounts and audit preparationSupporting continuous improvement across finance processes and reportingProviding financial insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingMentoring junior members of the finance team where requiredAbout you:Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)Proven experience in a Management Accountant role or similarStrong technical accounting knowledge and management reporting experienceCommercially aware, proactive and confident working with stakeholders across the businessStrong Excel skills and experience working with finance systemsExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsWhat's on offer:Salary of 50,000 - 55,000Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 from homeOpportunity to join a successful, growing business with strong future plans through to 2027Supportive and collaborative working environmentGenuine opportunity to add value and progress your careerRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
