Robert Half is partnering with a leading real estate firm to recruit a Fund Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain broad exposure to both commercial finance and fund accounting.
Location: London (4 days in office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare management accounts for SPVs and fund consolidation.
- Oversee balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reconciliations.
- Manage cashflow, optimize working capital, and support budgeting/forecasting.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for compliance, statutory accounts, and tax reporting.
- Support investor relations, capital drawdowns, and debt covenant preparation.
- Improve financial processes and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French, German, Dutch, or Italian (preferred).
- ACA qualified or experienced fund accountant.
- Knowledge of local and US GAAP.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
