We're a high-growth SaaS company scaling fast, and we're looking for a FULL STACK Engineer to join our team. This is a chance to shape products used by thousands of customers, working with modern tools and a team that values craftsmanship, speed, and impact.
Location: London (Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
What You'll Do
- Build and scale complex, high-performing web applications with Next.js and React
- Collaborate with design and product to create polished, intuitive, responsive interfaces
- Drive improvements in performance, accessibility, and scalability across platforms
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and design discussions
- Champion best practices in frontend engineering, testing, and CI/CD
- Mentor and support teammates to raise the engineering bar
What We're Looking For
- At least 3+ years of FULL STACK engineering experience with React (Next.js a big plus)
- Strong eye for quality and detail
- Hands-on expertise in our core stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React/Next.js
- Pragmatic and customer-focused, you know 'delivering value' often beats 'perfect architecture'
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders and enjoy translating business needs into technical decisions
- Thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership from idea to deployment
- Solid knowledge of Customer Centric Products
- Great communicator who can collaborate across disciplines
