This is not your average number-crunching finance role. You’ll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, working directly with the Finance Director and wider teams to shape strategic direction with insight-led analysis. The pace is quick, the culture is vibrant, and the possibilities are well, absolute.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Interpreting and analysing large data sets to uncover trends and business opportunities
- Supporting strategic decisions by bridging the gap between financial data and commercial insight
- Leading on complex data modelling, especially around subscription and retention analytics
- Owning and delivering financial reports, forecasts and models - including cashflow forecasts, sales and margin reporting
- Conducting deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour, cohorts, digital performance, and P&L data
- Bringing financial clarity to fast-changing commercial scenarios
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong analytical mindset
- Solid understanding of recurring revenue
- Confident with financial modelling, forecasting and visualisation tools
- Able to turn complexity into clarity and communicate with impact across departments
The Culture Bit (And It’s a Big Bit):
You’ll be joining a values-led team that believes in authenticity, creativity, and working with purpose. We’re all about empowering each other, breaking the mould, and keeping things real - no corporate robots here. Bring your ideas, your energy, and your true self. Let’s do great work together.
