As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to join our leadership team and help shape the next stage of our financial evolution. The Role As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational and strategic financial performance. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong analytical acumen and a people-first leadership style. Key areas of focus include: Enhancing financial transparency by delivering clear, data-led insights to inform strategic decision-making Streamlining financial reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy Supporting scalable growth by ensuring finance systems and processes evolve in line with the business Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team to build capability and confidence Driving cost efficiencies and operational improvements across the organisation About You We’re looking for a fully qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with: A stable and progressive career history – ideally already operating as a Finance Manager Strong experience in management accounting, intercompany transactions, and working with multicurrency environments A background in an SME setting, where adaptability and broad responsibilities are the norm A calm, personable approach with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship and cannot consider contract profiles.
