Are you a seasoned and experienced senior Finance Professional looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a well established Asset Management firm based in London's West End? Are you both strategic and hands on, with experience managing stakeholders at all levels? As the successful candidate you will be able to roll your sleeves up, be in the detail and embrace being in the weeds of the company's numbers. You will also have access and offer strategic finance guidance to Director level stakeholders which makes this role varied and exciting.
Other key Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules
- Quarterly reporting including variance analysis vs budget, revenue and cost analysis & balance sheet reconciliations
- Ongoing data reporting and analysis
- Oversight of monthly payroll
- Annual bonus, pay review, P11D and PSA processes
- Preparation and review of quarterly VAT returns as part of the group VAT process
- Partial exemption calculations and reconciliations
- Preparation of tax schedules for annual partnership tax returns
- Liaison with tax advisers and partners
- Oversight of FCA regulatory reporting
- Lead role in the annual and half-year budget process
- Preparation of annual statutory financial statements
- Preparation of detailed audit schedules and responses
