We are delighted to be working with an exciting business based near Abingdon that are looking for a Financial Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to join a small but dynamic finance team. Offering flexible hybrid working and a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience).
This key role in a small finance team includes the following responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly UK and US management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining revenue recognition and revenue deferral schemes
- Producing the monthly group consolidation including currency revaluation and preparing the group reporting pack
- Preparing a bi-weekly consolidated cashflow
- Liaising with the People Team and external payroll provider to process the monthly payroll uploads and reconciliation of resulting payroll registers
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Assisting Group Finance Director with annual audit and tax requirements and with preparation of UK and group financial statements
