Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a long-standing client with their search for a permanent Finance Lead offering up to £55,000. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with operational teams, influencing decision-making, improving performance, and leading a high-performing finance support function. You will take ownership of financial strategy, controls, reporting, and commercial insight across the account. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will help drive sustainable growth, improve profitability, and support operational excellence.
Salary: £50k - £55k + bonus
Fully remote (ad hoc travel required to Bristol)
- Lead all financial control activities across the Business Unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve cash flow, margins, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including:
- Full P&L reporting with commentary and analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Forecasting and annual budgeting
- Project profitability reporting
Qualifications:
- Part-qualified, finalist or qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Previous experience within a management accounting, finance business partnering, or commercial finance role.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring finance/support teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
