£16 Per hour + holiday pay - 20/25 hours per week - Temporary to permanent

I am currently recruiting for a Finance Payroll Assistant for my client based in Wokingham. This is a part time role that can accommodate school hours.

Finance
  • Maintain pupil-billing records in the accounting system.
  • Setting up new billing accounts in the accounting system.
  • Assist in the preparation of the bills including fees and extras.
  • Act as the first point of call for queries.
  • Assist in set up and monitoring of DD arrangements.
  • Assist in ensuring unpaid bills are followed up promptly.
  • Set up and process the monthly payroll including ensuring accurate processing details related to tax, pension and NI as well as any changes impacting rates of pay for staff.
  • Act as the first point of call for queries relating to routine pay matters from staff.
  • Co-ordinate monthly pension contributions.
  • Input staff expenses and invoices.
  • Support processes relating to cash banking and petty cash.
  • Raising invoices.
  • Scanning and electronic and physical filing as required for proper record keeping.
Administration
  • Support colleagues with the administration of the school's school bus provision.
  • Assist with ordering of stationery for the administration team.
  • Assist with photocopying as required.
