Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Wallingford (South Oxfordshire) to recruit a Divisional Finance Manager. The Divisional Finance Manager will receive a salary of up to £70,000 plus a bonus and hybrid remote working! 1-2 days a week in the office. This organisation has multiple entities, and it would best suit an individual who has worked part of a structure similar to this. Primary responsibilities; Line manage members of the Management Accountant team. Guiding, leading and developing direct reports with an emphasis on mentoring and strengthening the team. Produce timely and reliable monthly management accounts to tight deadlines. Identify and investigate variances against benchmarks, provide analysis of differences, and explore potential problems with non-financial department heads. Take the lead on various projects, including process and system improvements. Update Excel-based reconciliation / support packs for all Balance Sheet accounts. Support and challenge the business heads with the Group’s Quarterly Strategic Review process (forecasting).
