Robert Half are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a growing and collaborative team within a dynamic and evolving business based in Bath. This role offers the chance to take real ownership of core finance processes and work closely with senior leadership to shape and improve financial operations.

Day Rate: £280 - £340pd (Umbrella, depending on experience)
Duration: 3-4 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance operations, including AP/AR, payroll, expenses, and bank reconciliations in Xero
- Lead month-end close and consolidation, delivering MI reports via Fathom
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, VAT, and support US tax/reporting where required
- Improve financial systems and maintain internal documentation
- Support budgeting and provide insightful ad-hoc financial analysis
