Robert Half are working in an exclusive partnership with a growing, forward-thinking company in Marlborough to recruit a Finance Manager role on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity that will take ownership of the day to day to financial operations, the month end process, implementing and improving processes and contribute towards key business decisions. The salary is between £50,000 – £55,000 plus a number of excellent benefits.
The Role
The main duties of the Finance Manager role will consist of:
- Preparing the monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Supporting with the budgeting and forecasting process.

Cash flow forecasting.
- Preparing management information for stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day finance operations: AP, AR, banking, and general ledger.

Oversee month-end close including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Act as a key finance contact for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
To be considered for the Finance Manager role, you must possess the following skills/experience:

Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Qualified, part qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), qualified by experience.

Strong management accounts and month-end experience.

Strong communication skills.

Experience supervising or supporting finance staff would be desirable.
- Innovative mindset.
