Job Description
Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the reporting team of this prestigious organisation based in Merthyr Tydfil.
The Finance Manager is responsible for the management of the reporting including the preparation of monthly management accounts, main financial reporting and the main contact for internal and external Auditors and for the coordination of all Audit responses.
You'll be managing a team of 6. Responsible for performance reviews and mentoring.
Working closely with the senior leadership you'll have the opportunity to be involved in projects and more commercial analysis and decision making.

Salary of up to £60,000 plus a very generous benefits package, options to compress work to a 9 day fortnight and hybrid working.
