Job Description
Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting a newly created Finance Director role on a permanent basis with a private equity backed organisation based in Wiltshire. This role will be pivotal in supporting the CFO as the business grows and offers development and progression long term.
The role
The Finance Director will be responsible for supporting the business through a period of growth and will be pivotal in delivering impactful leadership, helping to drive growth. This role be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the finance teams (multi-site) and will be pivotal in supporting the CFO with strategic decision making. This role would suit someone seeking progression and development with a growing organisation: this role is likely to progress into a CFO role in 3-5 years time. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Preparing board packs.
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Managing a global team.
- Overseeing monthly management accounts production and financial reporting.
- Streamlining processes and maintaining financial controls.
- Project work.
Profile
- 5+ years PQE (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Private equity or high growth business experience.
- Experience of developing and growing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- International finance experience.
Package
- £90-110k base, up to 30% bonus, LTIP.
- Pension contribution.
- Hybrid working (3 days onsite).
- Onsite parking.
