Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a new role of Finance Business Partner to work for a very well known organisation with an Office in Knaresborough. This is a great opportunity to join a business with plenty of future career progression opportunities and gives the opportunity to take a lead on partnering a number of projects.
The Role
This role reports to the Commercial Finance Manager and will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to be involved in:
- Analysis of monthly management accounts
- Managing budgets & forecasts to analyse trends and variances
- Business partnering with a variety of non-financial stakeholders
- Cashflow forecasting
- Multiple finance projects and working towards continuous improvement
- Managing a small finance team
This is an excellent role for a qualified commercial accountant who wants a hands-on role with very commercial finance responsibilities. This is a role that will be very commercially focused and requires an individual who can challenge senior management.
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role applicants will be expected to be:
- Fully qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA Accountant
- Experience with cashflow forecasting
- Experienced in producing management accounts and financial accounts
- Able to liaise with financial and non-financial stakeholders
