Account Assistant About the Role: I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join a dynamic finance team. As an integral part of their operations, you will be responsible for managing various tasks, including account reconciliation, payment processing, and report generation. Key Responsibilities: (not limited to the following) Reconcile old account debts. Manage purchase ledger activities. Assist in processing finance house and client payments on the back-office system. Support the Finance Director in preparing monthly management accounts. Collaborate with colleagues to complete their duties as needed. Undertake and participate in work-related projects as required. Requirements: Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
