Robert Half are working directly with a charity in the centre of Edinburgh to support them in their search for a full time Finance Assistant to join their team. The charity is leading in their field and dedicated to improving lives of people. They provide support, information and services to people and families affected. Our client is looking for a full time Finance Assistant to support with large volumes of transactional data input. The role will consist of: Downloading bank statements and processing them Posting direct debits Processing cheques Handling payment runs and checking invoices Dealing with general admin tasks Handling the flow of incoming emails Experience required: Previous experience working within a finance function. Ideally within a charity yet not essential Experience of using excel and knowledge of copying formulas and using pivot tables Experience working with high volume of processing data On offer is a competitive salary, training and development within the role and the opportunity to progress within the finance team.
