Overview
In this role you will provide financial support across multiple sites and contribute to effective budget control within the established Finance Team. You will help monitor budgets, support forecasting and financial planning, and provide insights to enable informed decision-making. The position is office-based in Faringdon, full-time, on temporary basis, with a focus on accuracy, procurement awareness, and cross-site coordination. This is a hands-on role that supports the wider finance function and partners with stakeholders to drive value.
Responsibilities
- Producing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets
- Monthly budget monitoring and variance analysis
- Payroll monitoring and reconciliation
- Processing BACS payments, posting transactions, and issuing remittances
- Advising stakeholders on procurement and value-for-money initiatives
- Supporting financial planning and forecasting activities
- Providing financial insight and guidance to support decision-making
Key requirements
- Experience of monthly budget monitoring and financial reporting
- Confidence in payroll reconciliation and analysis
- Experience processing BACS payment runs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
