Robert Half is partnering with a boutique Investment Management firm based in central London in search for their new EA to support the MD and wider team. Office based- 5 days onsite (flexible). Salary- Competitive + bonus.

This dynamic and high-level support role is designed to streamline the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced entrepreneurial office. You will act as a key right hand to the Managing Partner, managing a complex diary, inbox, travel plans, and high-level communications with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, highly organised, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will be a natural problem-solver, a confident communicator, and someone who anticipates needs before they arise. Experience supporting C-suite or MD executives is essential, as is the drive to grow, learn, and add real value.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Meeting Coordination: Manage a busy multi-time zone calendar, schedule meetings with internal teams, investors, and external partners, and ensure agendas, logistics, and communications are handled efficiently.
  • Email Management: Prioritise, flag, and respond to key emails, freeing up the Managing Partner’s time and ensuring smooth internal and external communication.
  • Travel Management: Organise global travel, liaising with providers to secure optimal routes and rates, while ensuring all plans are clearly communicated and documented.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with high-profile stakeholders including investors, board members, and portfolio companies; ensure timely and professional interactions.
  • General Support: Manage expenses, take minutes, oversee document flow, and act as the point of contact for both internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting C-level or MD executives.
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent – degree level is not essential but may provide an advantage.
  • Proficient in Outlook to include email and diary management.
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of standard office and administrative procedures.
  • Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Written/oral proficiency in foreign languages will be appreciated.
