We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing organisation. This is not just diary management — this is about becoming the CEO’s right hand, trusted confidant, and strategic partner. You’ll be at the heart of key moments — from House of Commons meetings and government panels to national media and major industry events.

The Role:

  • Act as the CEO’s key point of coordination, ensuring they are fully prepared and supported for all engagements
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar
  • Book travel, accommodation, and logistics
  • Draft high-level correspondence, briefing notes, and talking points for public appearances
  • Organise and attend meetings with government officials, MPs, senior industry leaders, and national media outlets with the CEO
  • Manage and anticipate day-to-day priorities, always staying one step ahead
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at the highest level
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Support on strategic projects and CEO-led initiatives beyond the typical EA remit
  • Be present at key events, ensuring smooth execution and acting as the CEO’s representative when needed

The Candidate:

  • 5 Years + working with HNWI/UHNWI/C-Suite
  • A strong, confident character who can hold their own in high-profile, high-pressure environments
  • Poise and professionalism when liaising with senior government representatives, media professionals, and industry figureheads
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives; exposure to public affairs, government, or media settings is a strong advantage
  • Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office, virtual meeting platforms, and presentation tools
