ERP Implementation Lead – Sage Intacct

We are working with a growing organisation that is about to roll out a new
cloud-based ERP platform (Sage Intacct)
. They are seeking an experienced
ERP Implementation Lead
to take charge of this critical project, guiding the full implementation and ensuring the system is embedded successfully across the business.
This is a high-impact role, providing leadership across finance, IT, and external delivery partners to make sure the system supports robust processes and sets the business up for future growth.
What you\'ll be doing
- Owning the delivery of the
Sage Intacct ERP implementation
from initiation through to go-live and stabilisation. - Acting as the central link between finance, operations, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Building and managing detailed project plans, budgets, milestones, and status reporting.
- Overseeing
data migration, UAT, and system integration
activities. - Driving engagement across finance and business teams, supporting change management and adoption.
- Monitoring risks and issues, ensuring any blockers are quickly resolved to avoid disruption.
What we\'re looking for
- Proven experience leading
finance ERP projects
, ideally within cloud-based solutions. - Strong understanding of
core finance processes
(GL, AP, AR, reporting, and controls). - Hands-on exposure to
Sage Intacct
(or other Sage ERP platforms) would be a strong advantage. - A confident project leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Contract-ready and comfortable leading complex programmes with minimal handholding.
