Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 22-25 sports staff members
- Oversee all sports programs, including:
- Rugby and hockey (core focus)
- Football, volleyball, athletics, basketball, and emerging female sports
- Proven experience in school environments (essential)
- Sports team leadership and management (essential)
- Strong background in rugby and/or hockey
- Experience working with children and youth across different age groups
- International exposure is highly valued
