Operating across two core divisions, the company is dynamic, commercially driven, and entering an exciting phase of growth. One rapidly expanding division now requires an ambitious Sales Manager to help drive its continued development.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, the Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth across global markets. This is a hands-on B2B role, focused on selling technology hardware into a network of resellers and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing sales plans aligned with wider business objectives
  • Identifying and developing new markets and growth opportunities
  • Managing and growing key reseller and client relationships
  • Leading business development activity, including pitching, negotiating, and closing new accounts
  • Providing market insight and commercial input to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the ongoing development and professionalisation of the sales function

Candidate Profile

  • Have proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within technology, distribution, or hardware-led environments
  • Be comfortable with a hands-on sales approach, owning deals end to end
  • Have experience developing new business and growing existing accounts
  • Be confident operating in a fast-paced SME environment
  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Be flexible to work from the Nottingham office regularly, with some travel as required

This role offers a clear opportunity to grow with the business and progress into a more senior leadership position over time.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive base salary with performance-related bonus
