Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 22-25 sports staff members
  • Oversee all sports programs, including: Rugby and hockey (core focus), Football, volleyball, athletics, basketball, and emerging female sports
  • Drive performance and development across all sports disciplines
  • Inspire, motivate, and engage students and staff toward excellence
  • Manage administrative responsibilities and competition schedules
  • Represent the school in events, tournaments, and external associations
  • Actively engage with the school community (students, parents, staff)
  • Promote and embody the school's values and traditions

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in school environments (essential)
  • Sports team leadership and management (essential)
  • Strong background in rugby and/or hockey
  • Experience working with children and youth across different age groups
  • International exposure is highly valued
