Robert Half are delighted to be assisting a newly-created, fast-growing client with their search for a permanent, full-time Early Careers Recruitment Co-ordinator offering up to £45k!
You will be supporting the full lifecycle of early careers recruitment, ensuring graduates, interns, and apprentices have a seamless and engaging journey.
Things to know:
- Salary: Up to £45k - depending on experience, + bonus
- Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
- Working pattern: Full-time - 5 days onsite - 40 hours per week, scheduled to ensure team coverage between 8:30am and 6:30pm at all times
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for graduate, apprentice, and internship hiring.
- Work closely with our recruitment agency partner on hiring strategies.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using Greenhouse.
- Coordinate assessment centres, interviews, and onboarding activities.
- Support relationships with universities, schools, and early careers partners.
- Represent the organisation at campus careers events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and campus ambassadors.
- Provide administrative and operational support across early careers programmes.
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination ability.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- 1-2 years' recruitment administration experience in a corporate setting.
- Early careers recruitment experience.
- 2:1 Bachelor's degree from a Russell Group university (or equivalent), plus strong A-levels.
