Robert Half is supporting a leading consulting organisation in response to growing demand for senior Programme Managers who can lead complex Oracle Fusion recovery engagements. This is a high-impact role focused on stabilising and resetting a large-scale ERP transformation that requires strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery control.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone experienced in turning around off-track programmes and driving them through to successful delivery within complex enterprise environments.
Assignment Details:
- Initial 6-month contract (recovery programme)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Scotland (hybrid, with on-site presence c. 2 days on site)
- Engagement: Outside IR35
- Day Rate: Competitive market rate
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recovery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion programme across Finance and HR workstreams
- Establish clear governance, delivery structure, and programme controls
- Reset timelines, milestones, and stakeholder expectations
- Manage senior stakeholders and exec-level reporting
- Oversee system integrators and third-party vendors
- Drive accountability across multiple workstreams and delivery teams
- Stabilise delivery and bring programme back on track
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager on Oracle Fusion / ERP transformations
- Strong track record delivering turnaround or recovery programmes
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream environments
- Excellent stakeholder management at senior / executive level
- Strong vendor and SI management experience
Nice to Have:
- Experience within large, complex organisations (public sector or regulated environments beneficial)
- Exposure across Finance and HR Oracle Fusion modules
- Ability to quickly assess programme health and implement corrective action
