Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a well-established Bristol-based charity to appoint a Director of Finance Operations, covering maternity leave.
You'll sit on the Senior Management Team, act as strategic lead for finance, operations and grant-making, and report directly to the CEO being equally comfortable in the Boardroom and close to operational detail.

Do: Own budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and month-end close, reporting into the Finance Grants and Audit Committees.
Lead risk, governance and policy - including company secretary duties and Board/committee papers.
Act as HR lead, overseeing payroll, pay and staff wellbeing.
Manage investment portfolios and a portfolio of let properties, including rent reviews and lease renewals.
Run the year-end audit and SORP-compliant statutory accounts.
Oversee IT and operational projects, and line-manage a Financial Controller, Head of Operations and Head of Grants.
