Robert Half LTD are working with a long standing client who have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Digital Content Manager to lead and elevate content strategy across European markets. This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about digital storytelling, audience engagement, and cross-functional collaboration within a forward-thinking organisation celebrated for its vibrant culture and innovative outlook. This role is a 12 month FTC so we are looking for individuals immediately available for work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy tailored to European audiences
- Lead content creation across multiple platforms (blogs, web, social, email)
- Monitor and analyse content performance to drive optimisation and shareability
- Champion SEO best practices to enhance digital visibility and traffic
- Oversee content compliance, accessibility standards, and security across digital channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content alignment with broader campaign and product goals
- Research market trends and audience behaviours to inform strategic decisions
- Inspire and manage a team of content creators and specialists
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in digital content management, preferably with pan-European scope
- Demonstrable success in delivering impactful content strategies
- Strong SEO, social media, and analytics expertise (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in one or more major European languages
- Strategic mindset with a creative approach to content creation and storytelling
- Experience leading and nurturing a content team in a fast-paced environment
