We're partnering with a growing, technology-focused infrastructure business to recruit a Head of Mergers Acquisitions.

Reporting to the CFO, this is a high-impact opportunity to lead the full acquisition lifecycle, driving an ambitious buy-and-build strategy focused on UK technology and environmental businesses.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of deal origination, financial modelling, valuation, negotiation, due diligence and post-acquisition integration, with responsibility for delivering multiple acquisitions each year.-Source and originate acquisition opportunities across technology and environmental sectors.-Build financial models and valuations to assess investment opportunities.-Lead negotiations, due diligence and transaction execution.-Prepare investment papers and present recommendations to senior leadership.-Drive post-acquisition integration to maximise commercial value.

About You -3-5+ years' M A experience within Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Corporate Development.-Proven experience delivering acquisitions from origination through to completion.-Strong financial modelling, valuation and commercial negotiation skills.-Experience assessing SME businesses, ideally in the £500k-£3m EBITDA range.-Confident working autonomously and engaging with senior stakeholders.
