Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Credit Manager for a flourishing organisation in Bridgend.
The Role: As the Credit Manager you'll lead a small, dynamic team and take ownership of the credit control function. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the credit control team and ensuring smooth operations.
- Managing debt collection and reducing aged debt.
- Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness.
- Producing reports for senior management.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Legal collections.
- Credit insurance renewals.
- Setting the teams KPI's.
- Oversight of the accounts.
- Developing the reporting for the senior leadership team.
About You:
- Proven experience in credit control, ideally in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Based in Bridgend. Hybrid working three days in the office. 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays. Life assurance, death in service benefit. Salary from £35,000 to £45,000 plus bonus.
