This is a great opportunity for an experienced credit professional who enjoys leading people, working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of a high-volume ledger. You'll manage a team of 6-10 Credit Controllers, with responsibility for performance, development, cash collection and the overall effectiveness of the credit control function. You'll also work closely with the Head of Credit and act as an escalation point for more complex customer and credit matters. What you'll be doing Lead, motivate and develop a team of 6-10 Credit Controllers. Set and monitor individual and team collection targets and KPIs. Carry out regular ledger reviews and drive improvements in cash collection. Manage performance, including coaching, development and addressing underperformance. Identify training and development opportunities across the team. Manage escalated customer accounts and complex credit issues.
