OverviewWe're looking for a Management Accountant to join a proactive and fast-paced finance team on a temporary basis for six months. This role is ideal for someone with strong management accounting experience who can hit the ground running and support key financial processes, reporting, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary to support business decisions.
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and expenses tracking.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Support year-end and month-end reporting processes.
- Work with teams across the business to collect and validate financial data.
Skills and Experience
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Solid experience in management accounting.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
