OverviewWe're looking for a Management Accountant to join a proactive and fast-paced finance team on a temporary basis for six months. This role is ideal for someone with strong management accounting experience who can hit the ground running and support key financial processes, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary to support business decisions.
  • Assist with budgets, forecasts, and expenses tracking.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
  • Support year-end and month-end reporting processes.
  • Work with teams across the business to collect and validate financial data.

Skills and Experience

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Solid experience in management accounting.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
