Responsibilities
- Review of customer contracts, negotiation with contractors, highlighting and reporting issues when necessary.
- Applying for Stage Payments; Off-Site Goods Payment (Raising Valuations & Vesting Certificate
- Maintaining regularly Schedule of Valuation Dates
- Maintaining Retention Schedule, responsible for reconciling and chasing of retention amounts regularly including raising contract valuations
- Reconciliation of Contract Ledger Debtors.
- Reviewing customer credit terms.
- Chasing Payments from Customers.
- Prompt resolution of queries on construction contracts.
- Production of Invoices
- Posting Cash Receipt Journals
- Maintaining Contract Orders & Warranties Register
Requirements
- Construction and legal or contract compliance background
