Our client is looking to recruit an immediate ER Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Absence, disciplinaries & grievances
- Safeguarding concerns
- Complex ER cases
- Tribunal preparation & case management (c.30 live cases currently)
- Upskilling managers and driving accountability
- Moving away from 'hand-holding' into confident self-sufficiency
- Offering commercial, practical ER advice (options, not instructions)
- Strengthening ER capability across a large operational workforce
The successful temporary ER Specialist will have at least 5 years experience working within ER specifically and will have had exposure to complex cases.
