Robert Half is exclusively partnering with an independent, family-owned wealth management firm based in Central London to recruit a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their growing People team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to move into a highly respected, collaborative and people-focused business where you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function and play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and employer brand.
Working closely with hiring managers and the wider Talent team, you will manage recruitment across the business, ensuring a professional, efficient and high-quality hiring process from attraction through to onboarding.
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and networking channels
- Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Screening CVs, conducting initial interviews and coordinating recruitment processes
- Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment-related enquiries
- Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
- Tracking recruitment metrics, costs and hiring activity to support reporting and workforce planning
- Promoting recruitment best practice across the business
- Supporting employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing and events
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Working collaboratively with the wider Talent team to coordinate interviews, psychometric testing and hiring activity
Previous 3 years experience within internal recruitment or agency recruitment.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Experience within financial services or wealth management would be advantageous.
