Your Impact: As Senior Manager, you will lead client advisory and consulting engagements, guide teams in delivering data and technology-enabled risk management solutions, and play a pivotal role in developing our regulatory compliance practice. Your expertise will directly improve our clients' risk frameworks and regulatory readiness in sectors including banking, insurance, investment management, and more.
We are looking for:
- Strong technical competence in non-financial risk management within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated consulting experience, particularly partnering with financial services clients on transformation programmes within first and second line risk/control functions
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on application of data, enabling technologies, and AI to enhance risk management
- Familiarity with technology vendors relevant to financial risk ecosystems
- Proven understanding of financial services regulations and regulatory trends
- Proven ability to develop proposals and bid materials for advisory/consulting projects
- Excellent client relationship management and a strong professional network in the UK's FSI sector
- Experience leading, developing, and coaching both client and internal staff
