Robert Half is partnering with a growing hospitality business to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys partnering closely with operational stakeholders in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The role will support multiple business units and work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in delivering financial insight, improving operational performance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across the business.
- Partnering with operational and commercial leaders to support business performance
- Driving cost control, margin improvement, and commercial decision-making
- Monitoring financial controls, cashflow, and KPI performance
- Providing financial support on investment cases and business initiatives
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across operations and finance
Qualifications:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with minimum 2–3 years PQE
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability
