Our client, an established player in digital lending, is seeking a results-driven leader to join their dynamic Capital Markets team.
What You’ll Do:
- Portfolio Monitoring & Analysis: Track portfolio performance across diverse products and vintages, ensuring mandates and covenants are met, and identify key trends and risks.
- Asset Allocation & Mandate Compliance: Manage asset allocation to ensure portfolios operate within capital mandate and concentration requirements.
- Pricing Impact Analysis: Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on portfolio returns, risk metrics, and capital efficiency, including margin, loss, and yield sensitivities.
- Scenario & Stress Testing: Develop and run robust scenario and stress tests under varying market and credit conditions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Commercial, Risk, and Capital Market teams to inform decision-making and deliver clear reporting to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in portfolio pricing, risk management, or financial analysis.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with multiple business units.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with financial modeling, Excel, SQL, and (ideally) Python.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align teams.
- Experience with business intelligence/data analysis software.
