Robert Half have partnered with a global investment management firm to recruit for an experienced Migration Engineer on an initial-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute migration activities across end-user devices and infrastructure.
- Manage and configure SCCM for application packaging, deployment, and patching.
- Implement and optimise Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless migration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to migration and deployment.
- Maintain documentation and provide status updates to project stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience as a leading a laptop migration project within professional services environments (Investment Banking, Asset Management, Legal, etc.).
- Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager).
- Solid experience with Microsoft Autopilot for modern device management.
- Excellent understanding of Windows 10/11 deployment and migration strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-demand environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
