Robert Half has partnered with a prestigious financial services firm to find an in-house recruiter. We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to own hiring across all levels for a fast-paced financial services business. This role is hands-on and autonomous, ideal for someone with in-house and/or agency experience, particularly across FS and risk roles. You'll partner closely with HR and Ops, supporting hiring plans, salary benchmarking, and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Advise hiring managers, shape job briefs, and build effective hiring strategies.
- Work closely with external agencies where needed.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Oversee onboarding checks, documentation, and inductions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights and reports.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years' recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally within financial services/risk.
- Confident running the full recruitment cycle independently.
- Strong knowledge of the London talent market.
