Working with a small team of dedicated and supportive employment law specialists.

Full involvement in transactions and major projects including competitive bids, outsourcing transactions, sales and acquisitions, redundancy and restructuring, drafting and negotiating TUPE provisions.

Supporting the management of the Tribunal and Employment litigation process (both in house and with external counsel) and dealing with employee disputes including trade union and employee representative issues and disputes.

Implementing changes in employment law and advising on/updating HR policies and documents.

Participating in delivery of training to the business and HR team on employment law issues.
