Key Details:- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + London allowance
- Location: Initial 6-month training period in London, followed by a permanent full-time role based in Newcastle upon Tyne
- Support the end-to-end graduate and internship lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in delivering campus events including careers fairs, insight sessions, and virtual presentations.
- Coordinate university engagement activity, including logistics, travel, materials, and briefing internal representatives.
- Maintain engaging Early Careers content across social media and job boards.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Coordinate interviews, assessment centres, and online testing schedules.
- Prepare assessor materials, collate feedback, and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Support offer management and pre-employment onboarding administration.
- Assist in the day-to-day delivery of internship and graduate programmes, including onboarding and rotation coordination.
- Act as a key point of contact for interns and graduates, providing support and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to support continuous programme improvement.
- Maintain reporting tools, trackers, and process documentation.
- Strong A Levels and a minimum 1st degree.
