Reporting into the Group Head of HR, the HR Officer will support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across the business:

  • Managing HR administration including contracts, offer letters, and employee records
  • Coordinating recruitment processes and liaising with agencies and hiring managers
  • Assisting with employee relations matters, policies, and HR procedures
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems and employee data
  • Coordinating learning & development initiatives and training schedules
  • Assisting with performance review and appraisal processes
  • Supporting compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and stakeholders globally

4+ years previous experience within an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrator role

Background experience in financial services, fintechs and/or professional services.

Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
