Our client is looking to recruit an immediate HR Consultant on a fractional basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Gap analysis on the current function
- Proposing and implementing process in line with FCA regulations
- Risk assessment
- Re-numeration
The successful temporary HR Consultant will have had recent experience working within an FCA regulated function and will have led similar HR transformation projects previously. You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
