We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking Internet Service Provider transforming how commercial landlords deliver connectivity to their buildings. Despite being relatively young, the business has quickly become a trusted partner for a wide range of progressive property owners across London. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on IT Field Engineer to join our service delivery team and play a key role in delivering high-quality connectivity to customers across the city.

The role
As an IT Field Engineer, you will spend time visiting customer offices, activating and testing connectivity services, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and building management to coordinate access, carry out surveys and resolve issues professionally. You will receive structured training and ongoing coaching, giving you the tools and support to grow your technical knowledge and deliver work to a high standard.
What you will be doing day to day
- Visiting customer sites to activate services and resolve IT-related issues
- Working closely with the IT support desk to feedback on issues and ongoing support calls
- Liaising with account managers and keeping customers updated on progress
- Communicating with suppliers and network operators on live installs and projects
- Arranging site access with building management teams
- Conducting site surveys and producing route plans
Skills and experience (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and a professional on-site manner
- Good general IT skills and a desire to deepen your technical knowledge
- Interest in telecoms, broadband and networking
- Confidence using hand tools
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Understanding of fibre, leased lines or business connectivity
